While at it's heart, Shoepost.blogspot.com is about (what else?) Shoes!

We also take an interest in the activities that are done while wearing those shoes,

and luckily for us, in this modern world of ours, there is a wide variety of

activities people partake in and a number specific shoes designs for these

activities to boot(ha! get it? 'to boot.')


If you like a wide variety in your shoe selection, it's not to be taken for granted,

many years of human industry brought us to this point, though if on the other hand

you reminisce of simpler times, you could search these people out and see if

they'd be down with you chillin' out for a while. = )

New Balance Shoes

The New Balance shoe company dates back all the way the way to 1906.

New Balance was founded and is today still based in Boston, Mass.

Home also of course to Paul Revere but I digress.


When New Balance was founded it was actually New Balance Arch Support company and

produced arch supports to improve the fit of shoes. This to me is somewhat

surprising as I think of insole type products as being a relatively new invention.

But, I suppose in the early twentieth century people were interested in comfortable

shoes just as they are now.


Much to the delight of these shoe buyers I'm sure New Balance has continued producing

comfortable shoes for 100+ years!

Get Running Palo Alto

Looking for some nice running routes in the Palo Alto, CA area?

You're in luck then.

Here is one that looks interesting, called Coyote Hill, the page's writer reports that you will experience little in the way of vehicular traffic, but will be accompanied on either side of the road by horses in their fields. It is said the horse will sometimes even run up the hill with you!
Sounds like more fun than having a coyote run up the hill with you.

Adidas Supernova Cushion - Review

The Adidas Supernova Cushion features a decoupled mechanical heel, certainly an advance beyond classic running shoes.

Wearers report it to have a high level of comfort.


The padded support of the Supernova Control lends itself well for use as an all around training shoe.

It can be used as a road running shoe as well.


These days series 9 & 10 of Supernova Control are usually available though 6, 7, & 8

Adidas designed a synthetic seamless upper for the Supernova Control for breathability and to reduce chafing.
